This role will be critical to managing existing accounts, driving growth through renewals and expansion, and helping our customers unlock tangible value from our enterprise AI solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers across Australia.
  • Drive renewals, account expansion and advocacy within assigned accounts.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships with customer stakeholders, from operational users to senior executives.
  • Lead structured customer engagements including QBRs, roadmap sessions and executive briefings.
  • Create and execute account plans, identifying whitespace and aligning solutions to customer priorities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams — solution engineering, product, services — to ensure customer success.
  • Own forecasting and pipeline development for your portfolio with accuracy and accountability.
  • Represent UiPath at relevant industry events and forums across the region.
