POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to oversee and grow our key accounts, cultivate new opportunities, and help elevate our business to new heights. This role is essential to strengthening client relationships, driving profitability, and ensuring operational excellence.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field, preferably in the construction or pool industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and working with P&Ls.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and willingness to adapt to new systems.
  • Valid driver’s license and a clean MVR.
Responsibilities
  • Account Management & Growth:


    • Manage existing accounts, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow spend and profitability.

    • Actively seek out and secure new accounts to expand our client base.
    • Lead Development:


      • Cultivate and nourish lead sources to drive sustainable business growth.

      • Educate yourself and others about our work, materials, and equipment to serve as a knowledgeable resource.
      • Collaboration & Communication:


        • Partner with upper management, territory managers, and branch managers to align on goals and strategies.

        • Collaborate with Accounts Receivable (AR) to resolve account questions and assist with collections.
        • Provide regular updates to management on account performance and other key metrics.
        • Financial Oversight:


          • Manage account budgets, analyze P&Ls (monthly, quarterly, and yearly), and contribute to future financial planning.

          • Assist in ensuring the accuracy of P&Ls and provide actionable insights for improvements.
          • Systems & Process Improvement:


            • Help develop and implement new systems to enhance customer relations, tracking, and overall efficiency.

            • Adapt to company-provided software and system updates as they arise.
            • Professional Standards:


              • Maintain a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and professional appearance.

              • Uphold a positive attitude and serve as an advocate for our team and company values.
              • Take on special assignments and projects as assigned.
