Facilities Management – Account Manager
Location - Penguin Facilities Management, Leeds, LS1 2JA.
Role - Administrator
Salary - £30,000 per annum

Our services include planned preventative maintenance, reactive maintenance and building compliance services. We work proactively with clients to minimise call-outs and provide reactive services 24/7.

Responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you will play pivotal role in the driving growth and expanding the services we provide to our client base. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders and developing existing relationships with our clients. You will be responsible for the overall performance of each client’s account, working without help and service desks to ensure contract KPIs are being met.
