JOB SUMMARY.
The Account Manager – Drilling Tools & Intervention Services is responsible for developing a deep understanding of the operator’s and drilling contractor’s requirements for Directional Drilling Tools, Performance Drilling Tools, Drilling Motors, and Fishing & Intervention services . This includes knowledge of their drilling programs, tool reliability expectations, performance drivers, and well intervention strategies.
As a representative of NOV, the Account Manager ensures our Downhole tools and Intervention services consistently deliver value to customers , improving drilling efficiency, reducing non-productive time (NPT), and supporting safe, reliable operations. Acting as the customer’s trusted advisor, the Account Manager provides technical insight, commercial solutions, and responsive service, while ensuring NOV’s capabilities are fully aligned with client objectives.
