Your unique contribution
This is an exciting opportunity to join Central West Field Team with Pernod Ricard, a friendly team who lives the Pernod Ricard motto of being a creator of conviviality.
You will be Account Manager for Perth metro region (with some regional travel) managing and nurturing Retail & On-Premise account’s within the Independent channel.
With Pernod Ricard’s strong brand presence and mature client base, you will develop & leverage strong trade relationships that will support your commercial growth ambitions both with current accounts and identifying new revenue streams.

You would be joining a Global company with Iconic brands, great reputation with dedicated career development and more importantly a team which enjoy having fun and supporting each other.

  • Account customer calls within Perth metro region, along with Karratha & Port Headland as a regional run.
  • Deliver sales budgets, achieve distribution targets and drive promotional objectives
  • Develop business plans and execute key account promotional programs and brand activations.
  • Problem solve & identify opportunities for revenue growth & corrective action plans
  • Report on Territory performance and market trends
  • Collaborate across the broader team sharing insights and best practise
  • Create and work to an approved quarterly Journey Plan
  • Deliver on planned quarterly KPIs.

  • Proven sales experience preferably within a FMCG industry,
  • Previous success in B2B sales developing strong working relationships
  • Passionate, driven, ambitious salesperson who is results orientated
  • Understanding of current market and industry trends advantageous, with a passion for wine / spirits / cocktails
  • Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline would be advantageous however not essential
  • Self-motivated team player with strong self-awareness
