The opportunity This is an exciting opportunity to join the on-premise sales team in Melbourne. You will be based in Melbourne’s metro area managing some of the most iconic bars and restaurants. This position will see you building strong relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth. With Pernod Ricard’s strong brand presence, you will be innovative in expanding commercial growth with current accounts while also developing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a FMCG account management experience, strong knowledge of the On-Premise liquor trade, and a passion for building professional relationships . Tasks & Responsibilities Manage, grow and optimise a diverse portfolio of on-premise customers Develop, plan and execute promotional plans that align with company objectives Oversee sales, distribution and promotional objectives. Identify new business opportunities, conduct end to end negotiation and execute contract process. Develop business plans and create client focussed promotion activities. Report on Territory performance and market trends. Analyse sales data, provide timely and accurate internal reporting on territory performance What you will bring to the role Proven sales experience within FMCG or beverage and/or experience in the on-premise sales environment would be advantageous. Your passion for wine / champagne / spirits / cocktails will be highly regarded. Tertiary qualifications in business or related discipline would be advantageous however not essential. RSA certification and full driving license Passionate ambitious salesperson who is results orientated.
