REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in account management, preferably within healthcare or manufacturing sectors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a larger remote and field-based team
• Willingness to travel 3 days per week within the assigned region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics or similar CRM tools
• Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our growing Pharma segment. This role is responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring high-quality service delivery across Pharmaceutical manufacturing sites in Cork, Kerry, and Limerick.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
• Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for growth and drive double-digit sales revenue and pipeline expansion
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Maintain accurate records and manage customer interactions using Microsoft Dynamics
• Represent Ecolab professionally while on-site and during remote engagements
