Our team is dedicated to helping brands scale with precision, efficiency, and personalized service. Role Summary We're looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. You'll serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring their operational needs are met, solving problems in real time, and delivering an exceptional fulfillment experience. This isn’t a junior role: we need someone experienced, autonomous, and able to manage client relationships with a sense of urgency and ownership. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts. • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and results. • Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, customer service, IT) to ensure seamless execution of client orders and initiatives. • Conduct regular check-ins, presentations, and reporting to monitor performance and satisfaction. • Handle client escalations with a solution-oriented mindset. • Oversee onboarding of new clients in collaboration with Sales/Business Development. • Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and WMS platforms. • Forecast, track, and analyze key account metrics and usage trends. • Identify upsell or growth opportunities and communicate client feedback internally. • Updated 2+ years and changed to B2B customer experience – less restrictive to get more candidates. • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. • Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in CRM tools and comfort with warehouse/order management systems. • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and committed to client satisfaction. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. • A collaborative and growing team culture • Direct access to leadership and the ability to shape your role • Opportunities to grow with a fast-moving logistics company • Competitive salary ($1300 to $1600 per month) Payment once a month through payoneer
