  • Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce a bonus.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As an Account Manager, you’ll build strong phone-based relationships with dealers, offering tailored solutions that drive value, product adoption, and long-term growth for both clients and carsales.

  • Build strong relationships with customers to understand their goals and challenges.
  • Analyse dealer performance and market data to deliver ROI-driven insights and solutions.
  • Demonstrate and support best practice use of the carsales product suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and customer success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, manage pipelines, and support revenue and retention targets.
  • Respond to dealer queries, identify training needs, and support product adoption
