Responsibilities

THE ROLE: ACCOUNT MANAGER

This Account Manager is a newly created role designed to bridge the gap between our customers and internal teams. As an Account Manager, you’ll ensure seamless communication, high customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities for growth. You’ll play a critical role in supporting our sales and marketing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships across all markets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Manage customer service communications and respond to email inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service.
  • Understand client goals and ensure our solutions align with their needs.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Support marketing initiatives, including managing social media for the Craft Industry.
  • Prepare client reports, proposals, and project updates.
  • Provide administrative and sales support to the wider team.
