Location: Shanghai, China Start Date: ASAP Contract: Permanent, Full-Time We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Account Manager to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in managing day-to-day client communications, driving project delivery, and ensuring our marketing and advertising campaigns meet high standards of performance and creativity. Key Responsibilities: Your core duties will include, but are not limited to: Managing a portfolio of client accounts and overseeing all related activities. Leading the planning, execution, and review of advertising and marketing projects. Acting as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, providing updates and gathering feedback. Conducting regular client meetings to review performance and project status. Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Assisting with new business pitches and contributing to proposal development. Supporting and training junior account executives as needed. To be considered for this position, you should have: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar client-facing role, ideally within a digital marketing or advertising agency. Hands-on experience managing advertising campaigns. Proficiency in Chinese social media platforms, particularly WeChat and Rednote. The ability to write and speak English to a professional level. Key Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities. High level of accuracy, organisational and analytical skills. Solid understanding of both print and digital advertising. A proactive, creative, and commercially aware mindset.
