What you’ll get to do As an Account Manager for Poland, you will be responsible for managing and growing our existing customer base in one of our most dynamic markets. You'll nurture long-term relationships with our clients, understand their evolving needs, and ensure they get the most value out of our products and services. From onboarding support to regular check-ins, renewals, and upselling opportunities, you'll take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and develop a deep understanding of our product as well as the specific market needs in Poland. By staying close to our clients, you'll play a key role in driving retention, satisfaction, and long-term success. AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL Pitch PlanRadar effectively to C-Level executives, both on-site and online, with a tailored and strategic approach. Deliver engaging presentations with confidence and professionalism, actively listening to client needs to provide the best solutions. Customize pitches based on client data, stakeholder insights, and business requirements. Identify and develop high-potential opportunities while managing renewals and upselling to maximize revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Ensure accurate sales pipeline management in CRM, supporting precise forecasting and reporting. Collaborate with Customer Success to reduce churn and enhance client retention. Handle internal and external escalations professionally, ensuring clear communication and resolution. Continuously improve sales processes, contribute to knowledge sharing, and implement best practices across the team. WHO YOU ARE A proven track record in B2B sales, with experience engaging C-Level executives. Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly motivated, strategic, and customer-focused. Experienced or interested in the IT, construction, or real estate industries. Proficient in CRM tools and data-driven sales management. Fluent in Polish and business English, with excellent communication skills. Willing to travel for work and hold a valid class B driving license.
