What you will do: Lead strategic account development for Schneider Electric’s Power Systems solutions across semiconductor, transport, commercial buildings, and EPC segments. Manage and grow relationships with both end users and partners, ensuring alignment with their business goals and Schneider Electric’s value proposition. Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities by understanding customer pain points and delivering tailored Power Systems solutions. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical, execution) and external partners to drive project success and customer satisfaction. Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to shape account strategies and maximize growth potential. What qualifications will make you successful? Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development, with a strong focus on Power Systems or related. Proven track record in managing both direct customer relationships and partner/channel engagements. Deep understanding of medium and low voltage distribution systems, energy efficiency, and digital power solutions. Strong consultative selling skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience in managing complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking capabilities.
