Description Job Description: We’re looking for a motivated, mission-driven Account Manager to join our team and support our U.S. Army customer base. This role is ideal for an Army veteran or someone with a strong understanding of military culture, communication, and procurement processes.The ideal candidate brings a positive attitude, strong customer focus, and a team-first mindset. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with existing Army accounts, developing new opportunities, and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support.Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned Army accounts, providing outstanding customer service and support. Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, end-users, and contracting officers. Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts and pursue new business within the Army community. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and product information in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and communications in CRM systems. Represent the company’s values and mission when working with military and government customers. Qualifications: U.S. Army Veteran or prior military experience strongly preferred. 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer relations (inside or outside). Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Positive, professional, and proactive attitude — a true team player. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
