Location: Houston, TX
Premium Oilfield Technologies is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support customer service needs related to spare parts and services for Top Drives and Mud Pumps. This role is key to managing customer relationships, promoting drilling equipment solutions, and driving aftermarket sales growth in the Permian Basin.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred) OR equivalent industry experience.
✔️ 5+ years of experience in Sales, Aftermarket Sales, or Account Management, preferably in oil & gas drilling equipment.
✔️ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
✔️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams.
✔️ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM tools.
✔️ Highly organized, capable of managing multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines.
✔️ Ability to thrive in fast-paced and high-pressure environments, balancing both downtime and high-demand situations.
