JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to lead and coordinate client projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring client requirements are met with professionalism, efficiency, and consistency. This role requires strong communication, organisational, and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering outstanding service and cultivating long-term client relationships.
A background or strong understanding of digital marketing will be highly advantageous, enabling you to offer modern, strategic insight and solutions.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously, delivering on time and within budget.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to write and interpret detailed project briefs.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience preparing professional presentations.
  • Direct experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship management.
  • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • A proactive, adaptable attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and learning.

DESIRABLE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in digital marketing (e.g., campaign coordination, SEO, PPC, social media strategy, or analytics).
  • Knowledge of POS (Point-of-Sale) marketing and promotional campaigns.
  • Experience within the printing and/or procurement industry.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost-to-value balancing.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com) or CRM platforms.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage client projects from concept to completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams, providing clear communication and managing updates throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Translate client needs into actionable briefs; advise on appropriate products, services, or digital marketing strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Source and negotiate with suppliers/partners to ensure high-quality, cost-effective delivery.
  • Support the ongoing development of client relationships by identifying growth opportunities and providing innovative solutions.
  • Work collaboratively across departments and teams to support business initiatives and ensure consistent client focus.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and pursue ongoing training or certifications to enhance skills and knowledge.
