Job Description *For Pooling Purposes* 🔹 Lead & Inspire Teams Manage, mentor, and develop high-performing teams to exceed KPIs, client expectations, and high-quality email abuse mitigation. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement 🔹 Drive Client Success Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders Act as a trusted advisor by understanding business needs and delivering tailored solutions 🔹 Deliver Data-Driven Results Analyze reports, trends, and performance metrics to create actionable strategies Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer experience, and profitability 🔹 Champion Operational Excellence Ensure compliance with processes, policies, and service standards Oversee program execution and ensure alignment with business goals 🔹 Develop Talent & Capability Identify training needs and implement development plans Equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed 🔹 Collaborate & Innovate Work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners Support program updates, promotions, and process improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in any field 2+ years dedicated experience in email operations, phishing, spam/ abuse mitigation, trust & safety, or related security operations roles. Previous experience working in 24x7 operational or security operations center (SOC) / multi-vendor environments. Email Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of email protocols (SMTP, DKIM, SPF, DMARC), email authentication mechanisms, and email delivery infrastructure. Splunk Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Splunk for log analysis, creating searches, building dashboards, and extracting actionable insights from large datasets (mandatory). 2–3 years of leadership/management experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
