ACCOUNT MANAGER – FUNDED PROGRAMMES

Next Thing Education is a dynamic group of three innovative companies made up of creators, inventors, and coders, all passionate about inspiring the next generation through technology. We partner with schools to deliver engaging, hands-on IT lessons using cutting-edge tools – from virtual reality and drones to robotics and beyond. By combining creativity with innovation, we spark curiosity in children and empower them to explore the possibilities of technology.
We are now seeking an Account Manager to support our funded programmes during an exciting period of rapid growth. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication, strong relationships, and operational excellence as we continue to expand.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain current venue contracts and acquire new sites
  • Act as a key point of contact for council partners, ensuring clear and professional communication across all channels.
  • Oversee and coordinate internal processes, making sure requests and requirements are delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Support senior leadership with meeting preparation, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Manage logistics for venues, equipment, and resources, ensuring accurate information flows across teams.
  • Maintain and update data, records, and documentation with precision.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of programmes and operations.
  • Maintain attendance records for council reporting
