JOB SUMMARY

My Carolinas Insurance is looking for an organized, enthusiastic Account Manager to deliver exceptional customer service to our personal lines clients. In this role, you’ll manage existing policies, advise on coverage options, and convert quotes into new policies. You’ll also assist with billing inquiries, policy changes, claims support, and coverage recommendations. If you have experience in insurance or customer service – and pride yourself on being client-focused, detail-oriented, and proactive – we encourage you to apply!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required before start date)
  • Experience in personal lines and/or commercial insurance is a plus
  • Proven background in customer service roles
  • Proficiency with computers and agency management systems
  • Strong written/verbal communication and follow-through skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

  • Provide personalized insurance quotes and policy options to current and prospective clients
