Job Purpose The Account Manager will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for PURIS customers, ensuring a seamless customer experience by managing onboarding, ongoing interactions, and problem-solving across all market segments. This role will execute key Jobs to Be Done (JTBD) for the Expectation and Competence phases of the customer journey, delivering frictionless information, nailing the basics, and fostering trust. By collaborating across internal teams (Supply Chain, TST, FSQR, Sales), the Account Manager ensures exceptional customer satisfaction, drives operational efficiency, and strengthens long-term relationships. Pay Range: $50,000 - $60,000 Pay Frequency: Biweekly Bonus Eligible: Yes (5%) Work Location: Minneapolis HQ Travel: None Customer Relationship Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring all interactions are seamless, efficient, and exceed expectations. Own the 30, 60, 90 Sales forecast for each customer account while working with Sales leaders for rolling 12-18 month forecast Build deep, multithreaded relationships with key stakeholders in customer organizations to foster loyalty and growth. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with all customers, sharing key insights on performance, trends, and opportunities. Customer Onboarding & Day-to-Day Execution Oversee the handoff from deal closure to daily execution, ensuring a smooth transition for new customers. Update customers on PURIS lead time compliance while trying to pull their volume forward, proactively communicating delays or operational issues. Frictionless Information Delivery Ensure
