Job Description Job Purpose We are seeking a proactive Account Manager to take ownership of our most valuable customer relationships. This role will be responsible for managing large customer accounts, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction, and encouraging them to make full use of our products and services. The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, identifying growth opportunities within accounts and helping clients maximise the value they receive. Key Responsibilities Manage and nurture long-term relationships with assigned key accounts. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, escalations, and strategic discussions. Understand client goals, challenges, and usage patterns to proactively encourage greater product/service adoption. Develop account plans to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities tailored to client needs. Monitor account activity and ensure clients are drawing down on available services effectively. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, Product, etc.) to deliver seamless client experiences. Regularly review performance metrics with clients and provide recommendations for optimisation. Prepare and deliver reports, proposals, and business reviews to demonstrate value delivered. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience Proven track record as an Account Manager, Relationship Manager, or in a similar client-facing role. Experience managing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to spot and develop growth opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret client data and usage patterns. Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
