About The Role Realm Health is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Account Manager to join our dynamic Account Management department. In this salaried, full-time role, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and fostering strong, long-term relationships. Your expertise in relationship building, account management, and customer service will be critical in helping our customers achieve their goals while driving business growth. What You'll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, developing trust-based relationships. Understand clients’ needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions and ensure satisfaction. Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and expanding client partnerships. Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations. Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and present key insights to clients and management. Proactively address client concerns, resolve issues, and act as a dedicated problem-solver. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to provide strategic guidance to clients. Contribute to the overall success of the Account Management department by meeting or exceeding performance goals. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, advanced customer service, or a related role. Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRMs is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively across teams and departments to achieve results.
