Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell ready-mix concrete products in alignment with the company's sales strategy. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities. - Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products to meet those needs. - Prepare and deliver customer quotes, including pricing information based on the established pricing matrix. - Represent the organization’s values and mission in all interactions. - Ensure all job duties are performed in compliance with company safety and environmental policies and procedures. - Adhere to all company policies and procedures, promoting a positive and professional work environment.
