POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the key point of contact between our customers and our technical team. You will play a vital role in maintaining strong client relationships, managing service requests, quoting and scheduling jobs, and ensuring timely and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Act as the main liaison between customers and our technical team
• Schedule service calls, repairs, and projects with technicians
• Prepare and send job quotes to customers
• Coordinate and track open jobs, ensuring follow-up and completion
• Help prioritize jobs based on urgency and customer needs
• Maintain accurate records of communications and job status
• Collaborate with service managers and dispatch to ensure smooth scheduling
• Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction
