Job Description You will be responsible for building, managing, and growing relationships with top restaurant partners, acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. You’ll use data-driven insights, industry knowledge, and cross-functional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact. THE JOURNEY Have full ownership of the business in Florence, managing a 360º portfolio of Top Partners in Florence Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with Top Partners, becoming their go-to person for strategic growth Understand your Partners’ objectives and challenges to offer insightful, data-backed advice that delivers tangible results. Leverage data-driven insights to impact growth and profitability for both Partners and Glovo Define and execute the long-term strategy for the city across Growth, Promotions, Advertising and Operations, ensuring sustainable business performance Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Corporate and Customer Service teams to design and implement tailored solutions that address Partners’ needs. Be informed, get involved and make things happen — always with a doer attitude and a bias for action. Qualifications WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE 1+ year of experience in Account Management or Business Development, ideally within fast-paced environments such as startups, top consulting firms, or tech companies. Persuasive in the most pleasant way — you can sell anything that brings real value to Customers, Partners, and the Glovo platform. Excellent communication and influencing skills — assertive yet empathetic, always able to drive alignment with clarity and purpose. A strong analytical mindset — you find smart and elegant solutions to complex, cross-functional challenges through critical thinking and data-driven reasoning. A natural sense of ownership — proactive, action-oriented, and thriving in dynamic, ambiguous contexts where speed and impact matter.
