Our agency focuses on helping clients craft, navigate and execute their digital marketing strategies. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum of (3) years of experience in a client service role
  • Must have experience within an agency environment, managing multiple accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystem
  • Intermediate to advanced understanding of digital paid advertising platforms (Meta Business Manager, Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze and report on key digital metrics
  • Working knowledge of Project Management platforms (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Experience cultivating strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated track record of stick-handling and problem-solving client issues
  • Self-Starter with a keen eye for detail
  • Proven track record of successfully handling multiple clients in a fast pace environment

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Post-secondary education required
  • 3+years in a Client Services role
  • Digital Agency experience
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced, positive, and motivated self-starter to join our Account Management team. As an Account Manager, your role is to oversee a portfolio of clients engaged in our social and digital marketing campaigns. Note: This is a fully remote position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Act as the main point of contact for all account management matters including, monthly status meetings with clients, coordination of all communication and marketing materials, on-boarding new clients, providing updates to internal agency team on upcoming programs etc.
  • Responsible for building project management tools such as project plans, scheduling, and campaign logistics
  • Responsible for monthly program reporting, analytics and recommendations
  • Tracking monthly budgets for advertising campaigns
  • Liaise with production teams, performance teams and senior management
