Your Career Opportunity In this exciting new career opportunity, you’ll be reporting to the Client Team Leader on full-time hours and working from home remotely. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base in the B2B market. Your primary focus will be achieving sales objectives, identifying new opportunities within your client portfolio, strategically growing client accounts, and ensuring renewals and long-term client loyalty. You will: Meet or exceed sales goals through account development, upselling, and cross-selling within existing client accounts. Develop and execute account plans to deepen client relationships, ensure renewals, and identify growth opportunities. Build strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers to drive client satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline and provide timely sales forecasts, leveraging market insights and data analysis. Deliver compelling presentations and lead contract negotiations to close deals and secure renewals or expanded engagements. Work closely with Client Success Managers and internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and strategic alignment. What You'll Offer At least 3 years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with a strong track record of meeting sales targets and growing client relationships in a B2B environment. Skill in using CRM systems, ideally MS Dynamics 365, along with sales tools for pipeline tracking, forecasting, and reporting. Fluency in Spanish and English; Catalan is a strong plus. Understanding of relevant industry trends and client needs; prior experience in the communication skills or learning & development sector is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel; familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
