We’re in our 4th year and scaling. Our team is collaborative, fast-moving, and deeply invested in our clients’ success. We’re now looking for an Account Manager to join us and play a central role in managing client relationships and coordinating deliverables across our team.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO

You’ll be the main point of contact for clients and the liaison between them and our marketing team. Your job is to manage expectations, keep communication clear, and make sure projects move forward smoothly.

  • Build strong client relationships as their trusted day-to-day contact.
  • Proactively share updates on timelines, deliverables, and results.
  • Manage expectations and catch scope creep before it becomes an issue.
  • Ensure clients feel supported, heard, and confident in the work we’re delivering.
  • Coordinate with our internal team (SEO, social, design, development) of employees and contractors to keep projects on track.
  • Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks for the team.
  • Review deliverables before they’re shared with clients to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Run regular client check-ins (weekly updates, monthly reviews) to keep communication strong and aligned.
  • Track deadlines and follow up with team members so nothing falls through the cracks.

You’re highly organized, people-oriented, and thrive in a client-facing role. You know how to balance keeping clients happy with keeping projects realistic — you can say “yes” to solutions without overpromising.

  • 2–4 years experience in a marketing agency or similar client-facing role.
  • Excellent communicator who builds trust and makes clients feel valued.
  • Organized and detail-oriented — you’re the one who keeps everything moving.
  • Comfortable pushing back on scope creep in a professional way.
  • Familiar with marketing services (SEO, email, paid ads, social, web) — you don’t need to execute, but you understand the moving parts.
  • Confident working remotely and using digital tools (Teamwork, Notion, Slack, Google Workspace).
  • Nice to have: Bilingual (English and French
