Our Opportunity: We are seeking a Melbourne based Account Manager that prides themselves on developing long lasting relationships. An analytical, forward-thinking candidate with a drive to exceed expectations bringing our key retail customers on the Fisher & Paykel journey to best promote our appliance collection. You will be Responsible for the planning and execution within a set territory of Fisher & Paykel retail strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with global imperatives and growth aspirations Manage and develop existing key account relationships to leverage growth opportunities Ensure strategic plans for key accounts include annual sale targets, product placement, marketing and promotional programmes Ensure the strategic plan is translated into executable actions that deliver to the strategy, resulting in increased product market share and profitable growth Provide proactive support for all our key accounts, e.g. product training, product on display - to drive product sales Provide regular reporting updates to the Regional Retail Manager, identifying key insights and providing new and innovative solutions that stand out from our competitors Ensure a seamless, brand aligned representation of Fisher & Paykel’s brand value proposition is applied to all key accounts Ensure Fisher & Paykel’s merchandising and brand representation is achieved instore Strong advocate for all retail training to be aligned to Sales Training program and where opportunities for growth and improvement are identified through account performance analysis Ensures all activities of the key account business is performed in compliance with country, state, and federal regulations and, laws governing business Monitors daily sales performance metrics, and reporting to maximise sell through, revenue and margin So who are you? You will have a proven track record increasing sales and margins with key accounts. Ability to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans at store level driving great results for all involved. Strong negotiating skills with the ability to influence internally and externally at all levels. A clear understanding and execution of retail “recipe for success” Ability to communicate intent clearly - can receive and give constructive feedback to provide the best solutions for our customers. Ability to present and facilitate and lead training sessions with retail teams. Strong organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously.
