Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 + Performance-based Bonus (OTE £28,500 - £31,500)

  • Communication: Engage with clients through Zoom meetings, emails, and telephone calls, delivering proactive and high-quality service.
  • Organisational Skills: Prioritise tasks effectively, balancing administrative duties with client service.
  • Strategic Upselling: Use insight and rapport to introduce existing add-ons that align with client objectives, expanding account value while enhancing user satisfaction and platform usage.
