We are looking for a dedicated Account Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Toronto, Ontario. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in managing client relationships and overseeing the execution of multiple digital and advertising projects. This is a fast-paced position that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a collaborative mindset to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects across various clients, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including creative, copywriting, and quality assurance, to move projects from initial briefing to final delivery.
  • Monitor project timelines and proactively address any delays or shifting priorities to keep work on track.
  • Oversee the proofreading and quality assurance process to ensure all deliverables meet brand standards and client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication to manage expectations and provide updates.
  • Participate in regular status meetings, contributing to project planning and prioritization efforts.
  • Utilize strategic thinking to guide project planning and ensure alignment with client goals.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Act as a guardian of client brands, ensuring the vision and standards for each account are upheld.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working in an advertising agency or similar environment.
  • Proven track record in project management with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong client-facing skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships and manage complex situations.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • Passion for creative ideas and innovation, with a strong interest in digital and advertising campaigns.
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and thrives under pressure.
  • Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset but not required.
