What You’ll Do Develop and own strategic customer relationships and strategic automation roadmaps Identify, create, and convert high-value automation opportunities Lead complex sales pursuits from discovery through award Manage a structured pipeline of opportunities through long, technical sales cycles Engage multiple stakeholders to develop and position engineered automation solutions Drive profitable sales growth across large and complex accounts Collaborate with engineering and internal teams to shape customer solutions Represent Koops with a strong focus on quality, trust, and customer success Win projects for the team to execute with excellence What We’re Looking For This role is built for relentless problem solvers.
