Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As an Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in converting warm leads into loyal clients by selling Mynd’s property management services to real estate investors. These prospective clients are actively seeking solutions — your job is to help them understand how Mynd’s platform, services, and team can unlock value in their portfolios. You will manage a steady flow of interest, guiding investors from initial inquiry through onboarding, and ensuring each interaction moves the deal forward.
Success here requires sharp thinking, strong execution, and the confidence to lead investors toward better outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage leads through the full sales cycle, following proven sales processes
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date pipeline in a CRM (e.g., Salesforce), with detailed notes on all interactions
  • Use multiple internal tools and systems to manage lead flow, track activity, and support onboarding
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas tied to closed-won revenue or unit goals
  • Educate and challenge real estate investors to adopt growth-focused investment strategies
  • Collaborate with onboarding, marketing, and operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
  • Collect required onboarding materials and ensure accurate client records
  • Provide exceptional service to both prospects and active clients, nurturing relationships over time
  • Serve as a company representative in eviction-related court hearings when required. This includes in-person appearances for contested cases, appeals, or by court or legal request to support case resolution and clarify property management actions
