You Will: Manage client accounts to ensure objectives are met, driving client satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with brands in the e-commerce industry to develop tailored strategies and ensure premium service delivery Communicate regularly with clients to provide excellent customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly Develop remarketing strategies across various industries based on data analysis and creative insights Adhere to company goals related to campaign management, closely monitoring campaign margins and scalability Respond to client requests in a professional and timely manner, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction Report on campaign status regularly to the direct manager, suggesting improvements and optimizations as needed Foster and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on customer success and ongoing satisfaction Provide comprehensive information about the company’s services and products to clients Manage orders and payment processing, ensuring timely service delivery and proper handling of financial matters Identify opportunities for upselling existing clients based on their needs and performance, recommending additional solutions that can enhance their campaigns Desired Experience: Experience (5-6 years+) in managing online advertising campaigns for a media agency or media channels or for a brand/marketplace; Knowledge and experience in the digital media and programmatic area; Interest in digital marketing Working experience with MS/G suite Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Well-developed verbal and written communication skills; Strong organizational skills and solution-oriented personality.
