We are looking to add an Account Manager to our Birmingham, AL Sales Team. The Account Manager is responsible for achieving annual sales and profit goals within their assigned territory (Southern Alabama and parts of Georgia). This role manages all customer relationships and sales activities in the region — including product support, program and pricing assistance, warranty and adjustment claims, supply chain coordination, and collections when needed. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to travel regularly. Job Duties: Manage multiple accounts, ensuring that a high level of customer retention and satisfaction is maintained Engage with multiple customers on a daily basis by reaching out to new clients, and by developing campaigns for maintaining customer loyalty Implement strategies for retaining customers requesting to terminate or downgrade their account Record changes to customer accounts, update service packages, add accounts, and remove accounts as needed Other duties as requested About S&S Tire: S&S Firestone, Inc, headquartered in Lexington, KY, has grown to one of the largest independent tire dealerships in the country.
