Description
As an Account Manager for the UK Market at Ringover, you will be responsible for the P&L of a portfolio of strategic customers. Your goal? Turn the existing customer base into a key growth driver through renewals, upsell, and especially cross-sell. You will sit at the crossroads of high-level customer relationships, commercial strategy, and product value. Key responsibilities Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts Define account-specific commercial strategies aligned with customer business objectives Maximise account value (retention, MRR growth, product adoption) Engage regularly with senior stakeholders (C-Level, Business & IT leadership) Build strong, proactive and advisory customer relationships Track KPIs and build a clear understanding of customer P&L Identify co-innovation opportunities with the Product team (e.g. beta testing, market feedback) Act as the strategic interface between internal teams (Sales, CSM, Product, Support) and the customer Profile requirements 3–5 years of experience as Account Manager, Customer Success Strategist, or in Sales (preferably Mid-Market or Enterprise) Proven experience managing complex, high-value accounts (SaaS / B2B Tech preferred) Ability to operate in matrix organisations and engage with C-Level stakeholders Strong business acumen and P&L-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal skills, situational intelligence, and trusted advisor posture Highly proactive, solution-oriented, and strong active listening skills Whats on offer: Join a fast growing company with career progression 28 paid holidays (includes UK bank holidays) Hybrid working environment from our offices in Liverpool Street Laptop, headset and other work equipment provided Trips to visit our Paris HQ for training and company events £200 towards your London travel every month!
