POSITION SUMMARY

The Account Manager plays a key role in driving revenue growth by re-engaging inactive clients and securing new business opportunities. This is a consultative, needs-based sales role that involves promoting the full suite of Carbon Graphics Group’s products and services. The ideal candidate will be proactive, professional, and passionate about developing long-term client relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in customer service and B2B sales
  • Strong account management and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in outside sales and business development
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working independently and meeting performance metrics

Responsibilities
  • Reconnect with inactive accounts and reintroduce CGG as their preferred print and signage partner
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities locally and nationally both on the phone and in-person
  • Convert new leads into long-term, high-value client accounts
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records, including contact information, activities, and next steps
  • Log a minimum of 30+ meaningful client touchpoints per day
  • Provide market intelligence and client feedback to leadership
  • Build trusted, profitable relationships at all levels within client organizations
  • Uphold a professional image in all communications and client interactions
