To capitalise on this momentum, They are seeking a driven, commercially-minded sales professional to spearhead their commercial footprint across the Brisbane territory.

The Opportunity Unlike traditional medical device roles that lock you in the operating theater for 40+ hours a week, this position is commercially and strategically focused. While you will maintain key clinical relationships, your primary objective will be to drive market share, convert competitive business, and execute strategic sales plans.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDrive Commercial Growth: Identify, target, and convert competitive accounts across Brisbane’s private and public hospital networks.
• Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute robust territory business plans to maximize market penetration.
• Relationship Leadership: Build and sustain high-trust relationships with Orthopaedic Surgeons, Procurement Teams, and Hospital Executives.
• Product Expertise: Deliver high-level clinical and commercial presentations on our premium large joint portfolio.
• Maximize Sales ROI: Spend your time where it matters most—driving commercial discussions, rather than being restricted to baseline case-coverage.

What We Are Looking For

• Orthopaedic Sales Experience (Essential): Proven track record of success selling medical devices within the orthopaedic space 
• Educational Background: A tertiary qualification in Science, Biomedical Engineering, Human Movement, or a related scientific discipline is highly regarded.
• The "Hunter" Mindset: A strong commercial acumen with a demonstrated ability to convert new business and close deals.
• Brisbane Network: Existing relationships with local orthopaedic surgeons and stakeholders in the Queensland region will give you a major competitive advantage.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
