Description

Our client, a forward-thinking company based in Waterloo, is seeking a confident and consultative Account Manager to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage and nurture client relationships, drive retention, and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts.
This role is initially office-based for a 3-month training period, after which hybrid working (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) will be offered. Ideally, the successful candidate will bring prior experience in the legal or AML checks sector.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services, adding value to client accounts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, addressing concerns proactively to maintain retention rates.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on account performance, identifying areas for improvement.
