Account Manager - San Francisco
ProGuard Security Services has experienced significant growth and has an immediate opening available for an Account Manager at a large business complex in San Jose. This individual will be responsible for the service delivery to a single client and will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of the account, including, but not limited to, hiring, training, scheduling, payroll, billing, evaluating, counseling, etc. We offer a world-class benefits package to each of our management staff.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The Account Manager manages the day to day activity of the assigned site while providing excellent management of staff and customer service to the client. This position is an onsite working position that requires great flexibility in schedule with availability including nights and weekends.
• Must be able to take a proactive role with the client
• This is a driving position; must have a clean DMV record
• Develop and lead the staff of security officers
• Understand and be able to apply orders for sites assigned
• Familiarity with all variations of security officer positions
• Completion of tasks as needed such as compliance, overtime control
• Ability to work both independently and in a group setting
