International Reach: Manage relationships across diverse regions and industries. 📋 What You’ll Be Doing Client Relationship Management: Serve as the trusted advisor for assigned accounts, building and maintaining long-term relationships. Renewal Ownership: Proactively manage contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify opportunities to expand product adoption (e.g., ongoing monitoring, adverse media, case management). Strategic Account Planning: Develop tailored growth plans aligned with clients’ business objectives and industry needs. Customer Advocacy: Represent client feedback internally, influencing product roadmap and support priorities. Pipeline & Forecasting: Track renewals, upsell opportunities, and revenue forecasts in CRM (HubSpot). Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success Managers to deliver value and seamless onboarding. 🎓 What We’re Looking For Experience: Minimum 2+ years in B2B SaaS account management, ideally within enterprise/financial services. Proven Success: Track record in renewals and expansions with measurable impact. Relationship Builder: Skilled in trust-based stakeholder engagement, including senior executives. Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus. Analytical Mindset: Ability to connect client ROI with product adoption.
