Description
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening the relationship between iSchool and partner schools. This role acts as the primary point of contact for school principals, ensuring satisfaction, alignment, smooth communication, and successful implementation of iSchool programs and services. Key Responsibilities Relationship Management • Serve as the main point of contact between iSchool and assigned school principals. • Build strong, long-term relationships based on trust, responsiveness, and value delivery. • Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and check-ins with school leadership. Account Management & Support • Ensure schools receive the agreed services, programs, and support from iSchool. • Coordinate internally with academic, operations, and support teams to resolve issues. • Proactively identify risks, concerns, or gaps and address them before escalating. Communication & Reporting • Communicate school feedback, needs, and expectations to internal stakeholders. • Prepare periodic account status reports for management. Growth & Retention • Support school retention by ensuring high satisfaction and service quality. • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, or expanding services within existing schools. • Support renewal discussions and contract follow-ups if applicable. Process Improvement • Help define and improve account management processes and best practices. • Maintain accurate documentation, meeting notes, and account records. Education • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Experience • 2–5 years of experience in Account Management, Client Relationship Management, or Partnerships. • Experience working with schools, educational institutions, or education technology companies is a strong advantage. Skills & Competencies • Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously. • Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through. • High level of professionalism when dealing with senior stakeholders (school principals). • Strong coordination skills across internal teams.
