About the Role

SELECTED is partnering with an established financial services company in Dubai to recruit an experienced Account Manager.

Our client is seeking a relationship-focused professional to manage an existing portfolio of clients, strengthen long-term partnerships and identify opportunities for account growth.

The successful candidate will have strong account management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to maintain high levels of client satisfaction while delivering commercial results.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and develop relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients.- Act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, requirements and account-related matters.- Identify opportunities to increase revenue through cross-selling and upselling.- Develop a thorough understanding of client needs and provide suitable financial services solutions.- Conduct regular client meetings and account reviews.- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention and service delivery.- Work closely with internal departments to resolve client queries and ensure timely delivery of services.- Monitor account performance, revenue opportunities and client engagement.- Maintain accurate client records and account activity within the CRM system.- Achieve individual revenue, retention and account growth targets.

Requirements

- Previous experience in account management, relationship management or client services, preferably within financial services.- Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships.- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to identify opportunities for account growth.- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.- Experience managing client portfolios and achieving revenue or retention targets.- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.- Experience using CRM systems and account management tools.- Previous experience within the UAE financial services market would be advantageous.
