• Improve merchant’s knowledge and expertise with DCC & TFS by providing trainings to merchant’s staff • Offer intensive support including DCC& TFS product instructions • Constant communication with merchants to increase the level of meeting their needs and satisfying expectations • Proactive development and management of business relationships at store level to deliver and achieve mutual reach of opportunities • Achieve sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected Hit Rate • Action plans and in-Store visits in line with the company’s strategy • Processing and presentation of business statistics and insights • Guarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined plan • Deliver to the stores the activities have been agreed with the merchant’s HQ • Document in CRM all merchant’s specific information and activity done At Global Blue, we firmly believe that enhancing the shopping experience drives performance. Responsibilities
The Account Manager Sell In is responsible for improving merchants' knowledge of DCC & TFS through training and providing intensive support. They will manage business relationships at the store level, achieve sales targets, and ensure optimal execution of promotional plans.
