Title Account Manager  Reports To Director of Sales – Foam, Fabrics and Shelters Location Edmonton or Calgary Summary The Account Manager for Foam Fabrication is a driven, self- motivated individual with a strong work ethic. The successful incumbent would be responsible for managing and expanding the existing customer base, identifying new business opportunities, obtaining new customers and growing share of wallet for existing customers.    Job Duties * Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule (sales, new customers, share of wallet, gross margin) * Collaborate with the internal stakeholders, such as Production Manager, Inside Sales and Technical Services Team on new requirements by providing accurate details of the requirements and expectations from prospects. * Create opportunities and track activity through Salesforce. * Manage an existing client base and create new opportunities within the prairie region. * Keeps current with changes or trends in the Foam Fabrication industry, as well as reviewing and analyzing our competitors’ products, service offerings, pricing, market strategies, etc. * Devise sales plan to increase market share in the prairie region. * Assists in the Inside Sales and Customer Service duties with pricing changes (CPOs), sales order entry into ERP, AX Dynamic and other duties as they arise. * Meet or exceed targets and KPIs as outlined. Requirements * 3+ years of B2B solutions-based sales experience selling to all levels of an organization. * Post-secondary education in business, marketing or a related field required. * Previous experience effectively utilizing CRM software. * Previous experience creating and presenting to customers. * An aptitude for technical drawings and mathematical calculations. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Experience in the manufacturing and/or packaging market would be considered an asset.   Work Conditions * Monday through Friday, 8am – 5.00pm; occasional overtime may be required * Travel required up to 33% to visit customer base in Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba, attend Trade Shows and company internal meetings.
Responsibilities
The Account Manager is responsible for managing and expanding the existing customer base while identifying new business opportunities within the prairie region. They will collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet sales targets and KPIs while maintaining current knowledge of industry trends and competitor strategies.
