Primary Location VIC - Ferntree Gully Job Description Summary Join a growing ASX-listed leader as our Account Manager – Power Division. This position is ideal for someone looking to excel in their career, and is passionate about operational excellence, safety, and building strong stakeholder relationships. This role has a lot of opportunity for you to grow the account and be supported by strong leaders with a wealth of experience across the Utilities business. This will be offered as a permanent full-time role based out of our Ferntree Gully office and hybrid working requests will be considered. About the Role You will play a critical role in leading and delivering our contractual obligations for key clients. You’ll oversee all aspects of project delivery, including planning, coordination, and compliance, to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality. You will be responsible for: Leading project teams, including subcontractors, to deliver works in line with contractual requirements. Overseeing planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to meet customer completion dates. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards across all operations. Monitoring workforce productivity and ensuring plant and equipment are fully utilised and maintained. Managing client relationships, including handling documentation, invoicing, and follow-up on payments. Preparing and presenting monthly reports on project progress and performance. Conducting field audits to ensuring works meet contractual and Service Stream standards. Identifying and implementing corrective actions for performance deviations and managing variations under contract. About you Our ideal candidate will be able to drive a positive and unified workforce culture that supports business and stakeholder outcomes. You will have: Experience in electrical distribution, transmission, or telecommunications projects. Proven ability to manage project teams in a unionised, labour-intensive environment. Strong understanding of commercial requirements and contract management. Trade qualifications in Electrical, Telecommunications or Engineering, or a related degree. Hold a current white card and valid driver’s licence.
