JOB DESCRIPTION
Account Managers are responsible for sustaining and expanding business relationships through the direct sale of medical skincare products to physicians and skincare professionals.
This role involves identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Managers are also tasked with achieving and surpassing sales targets, effectively communicating product benefits, and staying informed about industry trends to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Proven experience of 2 or more years in sales or account management, preferably within the skincare, dermocosmetics, or aesthetic medicine fields.
· Must be bilingual (English and Spanish).
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Relevant certifications in skincare or aesthetic medicine are a plus but not required.
· Managing and nurturing existing client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the aesthetics field.
· Converting company-provided and self-generated leads into loyal customers through effective follow-up and relationship-building strategies.
· Conducting inside and outside sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client presentations, and relationship management, and performing product presentations, demonstrations, training sessions, and strategic point-of-sale activations to drive customer engagement and facilitate account growth.
· Meeting monthly quotas, with a strong commitment to surpassing performance targets.
· Establishing and maintaining excellent communications and working relationships with colleagues, clients, leads, and providers.
· Monitoring communication channels and prioritizing urgent requests to ensure prompt resolution.
· Performing tasks associated with the daily operations such as, but not limited to, quoting, effective problem solving, tracking shipments and other billing tasks.
· Attending industry events, conferences, and trade shows in the aesthetics field.
· Additional responsibilities and duties as required to support the team when requested.
