Key Responsibilities   * Creative & Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and creative teams; translate client briefs and requests into detailed, actionable project instructions for design teams. * Design Project Management: Coordinate the lifecycle of creative assets, including monitoring project progress, managing resource allocation, and collaborating with account executives to review copy and proofs. * Financial & Data Accuracy: Handle estimate creation, manage accurate project invoicing (including tracking change orders and design rework), and maintain system data via Master Data Management (MDM) guidelines. * Campaign Growth & Onboarding: Partner with Client Integration to onboard new accounts, attend planning meetings , and support the development of innovative proposals to win new creative business.     Qualifications   * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Arts, Advertising, or a related field. * Experience: 2+ years of experience in account/project coordination or marketing , ideally with a proven track record of managing creative campaigns and design workflows. * Creative & Tech Skills: Solid understanding of effective Creative Design practices, trends, and processes across multiple mediums (packaging, in-store, digital, print) ; highly proficient in MS Office Suite and Outlook. * Core Competencies: * Strong project management (conception to completion), budgeting, and mathematical skills. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented creative environment. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to influence peers and senior management.
