OVERVIEW

Fundy Textile is seeking a proactive, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team in a hybrid role that combines client account management with front-of-house and showroom duties. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate looking to grow within a fast-paced, creative, and client-centric environment.
The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable supporting account management tasks, handling client inquiries, and providing a polished and professional front-desk presence.

Account Manager Duties:

  • Support the Account Management team in maintaining strong client relationships
  • Prepare quotes, orders, and reports using the company software. Strong computer skills a must.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, production & design) to ensure timely delivery of services
  • Track orders, manage client communications, and handle follow-ups
  • Maintain client records and ensure client data is up to date
  • Participate in client meetings (in-person/virtual) and provide service as required
  • Take direction from Sales manager when engaging new clients

Reception & Showroom Assistant Duties (On-Site):

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
  • Manage front desk operations, including calls, mail, and general inquiries
  • Maintain showroom cleanliness, appearance, and product displays
  • Assist in setting up showroom displays
  • Schedule showroom pickups, receive freight for incoming orders and ship out freight to main office.
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, ordering supplies, and inventory tracking
  • Be flexible in assigned tasks and take direction from management.
  • Be able to communicate effectively with colleagues.
