They specialize in healthcare marketing, communications, and product logistics, including the handling of prescription samples, medical devices, and OTC products. They are currently seeking an Account Manager to support and strengthen client relationships within the pharmaceutical and healthcare sector. This role focuses on building strong connections with pharmaceutical clients, understanding their brand objectives, and aligning their needs with tailored marketing and communication solutions.

    Territory: Greater Montreal area
    Work Place: Remote but must be local to the greater Montreal area
    Products/Services: Marketing and communication services
    Salary: 80,000$-120,000$
    Commissions/Bonus: 10,000$-50,000$
    Car allowance: KM reimbursed
    Expenses reimbursement: All reasonable expenses are reimbursed

Functions:

  • Prepare and present our solutions
  • Meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build long-term relationships
  • Manage a defined client portfolio or territory covering multiple brands and therapeutic areas
  • Proactively reach out to new and existing contacts within pharmaceutical companies
  • Identify business opportunities by understanding client goals, product lifecycle stages, and recommending appropriate service solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals, pricing structures, timelines, and respond to RFPs
  • Follow up on active campaigns to ensure client satisfaction and explore upsell, cross-sell, or renewal opportunities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM (HubSpot)

Requirements:
Development vs Maintenance: 10% vs 90%
Road vs Office: 80% vs 20%
Languages: Bilingual
Education: Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, or equivalent of education and work experience selling into pharma
Training: Training will be provided by the employer
Overnight Travel: Little to none
Years’ of experience: 2-5 years in a similar role
Other requirements:
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (both verbal and written)
Proven experience selling into Pharma
