Chain Reaction is looking for an Account Manager - Social Media to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.

REQUIREMENTS

Chain Reaction Team is on the lookout for a Social Media Account Manager in our Dubai office to work on local, regional, and international clients’ portfolios.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • BA degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Mass Communication, etc…)
  • 5-7 years of agency experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Well organized & ability to multi-task
  • Pro-active & intuitive
  • Creative and social-first mindset
  • Expert knowledge of social best practice
Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the full Account Management process
  • Work closely with Managers to help achieve account management targets for the team
  • Help generate ideas to improve the account management function of the Division
  • Ensure effective and excellent service delivery within the relevant division to achieve agreed commercial and revenue targets, from a portfolio of accounts. You may be required to have direct responsibility for the Management of the account management team as well as working closely with the relevant team to help them understand relevant projects.
  • Full Client Delivery and coordinating with the necessary team members to ensure deliverables are upon clients’ requests and on time.
  • You will be expected to develop surveys for clients on service received as well as be responsible for strategy input for the division.
  • Maximize any chance of repeat business by meeting with clients, keeping in regular contact, and upselling wherever possible.
  • Attend client meetings individually and with colleagues to ensure Chain Reaction is recognized for thought leadership, professional excellence, and innovation above and beyond our competitors.
  • Ensure all client information is correctly processed for new clients: ensure the client is in receipt of all collateral and understands Chain Reaction’s approach and what service options are available to the client moving forward.
